Doug Maddox Memorial Scholarship
The family and friends of James Douglas (Doug) Maddox have initiated a scholarship
in his memory. He was a graduate of Gideon High School, Class of 1964, and was
active in the FFA Organization. He was employed as a farmer for 40 years prior to his
death on October 6th, 2008.

Doug was a collector of antique tractors and farming equipment. He was a member of
The Flatlanders Tractor Club, and enjoyed attending and participating in many
tractor shows.

The scholarship is awarded to a deserving graduate from Gideon High School who
plans to attend college. We would like to extend to you an opportunity to financially
assist a college bound senior while simultaneously honoring a special classmate and
friend.

The Family and friends of Doug Maddox thank you for your consideration in helping
